I wanted to share some information I came across today on my FB page. This is a link to a 21-day vegan kickstart: http://pcrm.org/kickstartHome/index.cfm. I plan to use it as I continue to transition to vegan and I wanted to share it with others who may be going the same direction.

I highly recommend this. I used it a couple of months ago. The first thing I noticed were my energy levels increased.0

Oh thank you! When I went Vegetarian two years ago my weight just fell off and I felt so much better! Going Vegan is that much better.0

Thanks for posting this! I've been needing some help while I transition.0

Just wanted to add my 2 cents worth, anyone who is thinking about doing it, TRY IT! I did it and it was the best thing I ever did. My energy levels are through the roof and health issues i had struggled with for a long time are all gone! You have nothing to lose!0

Although i am not 100% vegan (I participate in everything besides still eating seafood), I fully support those active in being vegetarian/vegan! Loveeeeeeeee

thank you! even if you don't go full on vegan there are some really terrific ideas for yummy foods. I tried a vegan day yesterday and failed before breakfast was over. Kashi cereal has honey. I have been a vegetarian for 20 years, I thought vegan for a day would be a breeze, wake up call!0

I've been thinking about trying this...I just don't think I could give up eggs haha. I think I'll try it but still eat eggs and see how it goes.0
