Hi Im going out for a meal and wondered if anyone knows where I can get the calorie content for the Tapas at Pesto as I can seem to find this any where.

    Did you check and see if they have a website, and if so, if they have nutrition information available?

    If it isn't listed there or under a google search, you'll have to make your best guess (and I'd guess higher rather than lower) on a general Tapas search on MFP.

    Hi thanks for the replies. And yes I did check their web page. No calories there. No like Nandos hey! And I know Italian Tapas. It is nice but want to go for the fewer calorie dishes if there are such a thing. x
