how many carbs?

for weight loss, say 1.5 per week, how many carbs should I try for? I read a couple of website that list up to 50 but I cannot for the life of me seem to get just 50 it seems so low. I have coffee and SF creamer, Broccoli and Rice and bam I am up to 64grams.

    Rice ? there's your problem. Not much but carbs in rice.

    Carbs in themselves don't define weight loss, but if you want to try low carb then 100g is a good place to start.
