Running and Bike Riding

I had been a hardcore runner and cyclist (endurance athlete) until the 2010 LA Marathon, where I messed up my ankle and had severe hip pain for quite a while afterward, now no more pain, and got tired of the excuses I was making, so here we are. I started running and biking again, after a couple weeks of pushing throught the sore muscles, starting to feel my endurance return. Anyone heard of runners high? I forgot how much I love running, biking, and training in general. It may be a bit masochistic pushing yourself, sometimes to the point you puke, but as painful as it can be, it can also be somewhat euphoric....and so it is, add me as a friend if running and biking is your thing, we can share workouts, I am up to 3.5 mile long runs, some fartlek's(intervals) trying to build up some speed again, and ride 20-50 miles on the bike averaging between 16-20mph.

    Triathlons are my first love, so, yeah, you could say that running and biking are my thing :) Boy do I know that runners high!
