I just made a big pot of cabbage soup using half a 64oz bottle of spicy v-8 juice and the other half water, mixed with 1/2 a onion, 6 stalks celery, 2 cans of reduced sodium kidney beans, and a handful of soy beans and a head of cabbage.... So my question is how would i figure out all the calories in that for a bowl of the soup ?????

You have to figure it out by each item then divide by # of servings. I have trouble determining the number of servings. I can get the overall count/0

Sounds yumm!
I would add up the total calorie amount for everything that you put in the soup, and then figure out how many servings are in the batch and divide by that number. If you want to use 1 cup as a serving, and there are 10 cups in the batch, take the total calorie amount and divide by 10...0 -
