Help!

Hi all,

Would anyone be able to have a look at my food and exercise diary, and give me some tips on what i should and shouldn’t be eating and my workout? I just can seem to shake the weight :sad:

    Hi there,

    I have had a quick look and the thing that I noticed is that there is huge gaps in your diary over the weekends. You seem to track ok during the week but then forget about it after lunch on friday

    You need to track every single thing you eat or drink. That is the only way you can get a true picture of your calorie intake.

    Also, make sure you are consuming at least 1200 calories a day. And drink more water!

    I dont have internet at the home, which is why i dont track on the weekends and which is why i only track over the week days when im at work?
