picky eater

im very picky and dont like many veggies but i need something to eat that isnt bad for me besides turkey getting a little sick of it

    I occasionally squeeze some of my least favorite veggies into my diet by including them in chili or soup.

    I hide my veggies in my mashed potatoes. And before someone says potatoes aren't healthy they are, it's everything people add to them that's not. Anyways Lima beans, edamame, carrots, all go into my mash. Usually 1:1 ratio. Now I won't eat these veggies alone but in mash I can.

    Also smoothies. Mix the fruits you do like and then experiment adding things like spinich. You'd be surprised. This is how I sneak veggies into my diet because I am not a huge fan.
