Motivation Needed:)

I have successfully lost 32 lbs during my weight loss journey. I now need to build muscle and strength.

I own several Jullian Michaels video's.... Which one would be best to start with ( I have 30d shred, 30d ripped, and 6weeks to 6 pack)?

I have also started running again --running in a 5K this weekend.

    Any type of exercise done 4-5 times a week are going to help you. Remember even if you can't complete say a 30 day shred work out do it at your level and keep doing it til you've gotten stronger. Just don't give up. Put yourself on the front burner. As a mom I really put everyone and everything else first. I'm speaking up and saying my time is valuable too.
