Hey everyone!
Have you started P90X, then stoppped, then started and, well you get the point
So starting on November 1st, I will be starting a challenge group for P90X! This group is a support system that will keep you accountable and help you get real results! This is how I was able to ensure completion of P90X my first go around!
I'll be coaching the group, so far Ive got 6 people who are committed, shoot me a message if you would like some more information!
