I am getting ready to start using the Vanilla flavored whey protein and need shake ideas. I am very sensitive to taste so I am looking form something sweet (but not taste like pure sugar), smooth, and not chalky. Currently in the house I have kiwi, frozen blueberries, frozen strawberry/Mango/Peach mixed bag, 1 naked smoothie Mango flavor, whole milk.....any ideas what I could do with this??

Just add the frozen banana with the whey protein in a blender....if you have any cocoa add a little of that. Add a tiny amount of water for the blades (very, very tiny) and blend. Tadaa...it comes out in soft serve consistency :)

I've been using GenSoy vanilla + 1 c soy milk + 1 small frozen banana + 1 tbsp peanuts only peanut butter + 4-5 ice cubes lately.

    Its pretty tasty.

I'll bet your blueberries would be super good in with the vanilla flavor.

I have a variety of "recipes". But if you want sweet....

1 scoop vanilla protein, 1.5 cups almond milk, and 1 packet of crystal light orange flavor energy mix. Tastes like a dreamsicle. If you want something without aspartame, try zipfizz,or some other orange flavored energy drink powder.

I made this one the other day, I had a cold and wanted orange juice. It tasted just like an orange Julius, When I was a kid that was a special treat when we went to the mall.

    1 scoop Protein Powder
    8 oz(1cup) OJ
    1/4 c frozen mango chunks
    1/4 c ice
    Blended until frothy!

A chick posted this a couple days ago absolutely yummy but I added two pk of sweetener to it and made it with a whole scoop protein rather than the 1/2 as it suggested.

    1/2 cup pumpkin puree
    1/2 banana
    3/4 cup almond milk
    1 scoop protein powder
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1tsp cinnamon
    dash of ginger
around 250 calories and tastes like pumpkin pie!

I just started this yesterday as a replacement for oatmeal at breakfast. I'm using almond milk in place of cow's.

    So one cup almond milk
Two scoops of the protein powder
    1/2 a banana.
I add a touch of the organic peanut butter for some flavor kick
