Which Scales Do You Trust?

So my scales at home read differently from the scales at the gym....
They are both digital scales and both the same brand so how can they be so different?
I'm talking a 2.6 kilo (5.7 pound) difference this morning and the only difference was the time it took me to drive from the gym to home, maybe 4 mins if i got stuck in traffic....

Anyone else found such big discreptancies?
Which one do I take as being the 'right' one?

My home scale which is Salter glass precision scale.
I have checked it against pharmacy scales and stuck a 6kg kettlebell on it which came to 13Ibs, so I know it is pretty accurate.

I have 2 at home side by side (I had one before I got married and had to get another that would measure my hubby's weight as he weighs more than I do) And the new one tells me that I weigh 5lbs more than the other so I just picked one (Ironically the one that weighs me in as more) and I just stick with that one. But I just use that as a loose guide I really focus on the tape measure and what I can do in the gym.

Pick one and stick with it. Using different scales (and/or weighing at different times of the day/under different conditions) will only cause confusion. I weigh on the same scale - every morning immediately after waking up and going to the bathroom, with no clothes. That pretty much eliminates as many variables as possible.
