    Global Slothification: The obesity rate is rising each year, so yes I would agree the general public is getting worse. But our athletes are getting stronger/faster. Sure SOME records still aren't broken but others have been destroyed over the years.

    I squat, deadlift, bench, shoulder press, row, and do pulldowns at least 3 working sets each per week. The rest of the time I'm just doing something unproductive to make me feel better....
