Pain in the. . .

I’ve never had much of a cushion for my tailbone and it seems like what little cushion I had is gone. Now, it hurts to sit at my desk at work although we have really nice office chairs. It hurts to sit on a cushy sofa. We won't go into the torture it is to sit in a hard chair. So here’s my question, will working my glutes help relive this? I really don't want to have to carry around a donut pillow for the rest of my life!!!!

Not sure if it will help, but it certainly will not hurt to try. The worse that can happen is you will end up with a great looking glute area.0
