Hi there,

I'm new to this community and started yesterday to use myfitnesspal.

I'm a 35 year old female from Germany and I don't have to lose lots of weight (6-8 pounds would be perfect), but I have to exercise much more!

During summertime I'm diving a lot, but since the Baltic Sea has only about 12°C by now (and getting colder), I have to do some other sports.

Started running again and will be back in my spinning course on Wednesday. And if I'm really enthusiastic I will go swimming once a week.

So if there are others who need to get active, want to lose some pounds or just like to be friends with me to support each other, feel free to contact me. :-)
