need advise about ww

My friend got me to try the Weight Watcher plan for few past weeks,but I have never attended meetings as I wont be taken on due to my weight being at the lower range for my hight. I find whole point system hard to stick to but it did help me maintain my weight past few weeks,though I found myself more frustrated as I limited foods I like due to high point value.I now want to go back to just MFP but getting worried what if stopping counting points will make me put weight on.as with MFP i can eat more than with WW point system...so i am in dilemma...any advise?

I have switched from ww to mfp and think it helps me track what I am eating much more accurately. Nothing is 'free', no converting to pp, etc. I just count the calories of everything that I eat so cant go wrong really0

I like counting calories better. It seems more accurate. The one feature that WW had that i wish was here is reminders to weigh in. Other then that i really like this site better.0

The biggest difference (besides money) is WW converts the calorie value of foods into the point system by using the various factors that defines calories - fiber, fat, protein and carbs. Your high point favorites will be your high calorie favorites. A rough estimate for conversion is 40 calories per point. Example: PopSecret 100 Calorie Popcorn is 100 calories vs 3 PointsPlus. Pepperoni Pizza Rolls 220 calories for 6, 6 PointsPlus. As I said, it is a rough estimate and since WW allows for free veggies and some fruits, those calories get covered by the PP being a bit over the calorie count. Convert your allowed PP to calories and count those fruits and veggies and continue tracking. Activity points is roughly 80 calories for every AP.0
