My husband is makeing a fish soup tonight and I don't know if I want it or not :indifferent: My question is, if he makes a pot of this, how do I determine how many calories are in a cup? Any tips would help  I know I can add each ingreediant to get the calories in the entire pot then divide it out to get my total, but I'm looking for a short cut

I use the recipe calculator on sparkrecipes.com. You put in all the ingredients and the number of servings and it will spit out the nutritional value.0

The SparkPeople website that also tracks weight, fitness and nutrients has a recipe calculator. http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calculator.asp. I really like their website.0

Oh boy! That spark recipe site is cool. I love putting in the ingredients for my favorite recipes and seeing that the calculations are almost exactly what I painstakingly calculated. This is going to make so much easier to try new recipes!0
