How do you push through a plateau?

After 5.5 months, my scale has come to a screeching halt. Looking for any tips or advice that has worked for others to push through the plateau and get the scale moving down again (by plateau, I haven't lost even an ounce in 2 weeks). I still have plenty to lose, do cardio 5x per week for about 40 minutes per session with some light strength training thrown in there a couple times a week.

Hi!
I wrote this on another topic, hope it helps!
"2-3 weeks is a good length of time before you can say your on a plateu, especially if you are 100% diligent with your logging so know your getting that calorie defacit! To break a plateu you need to change it up! maybe change your work out to do something different (i.e swap from running to swimming) or change your diet ratios (i.e more protein, less carbs or the other way round) or go up to maintainance for a week and then back down to -a calorie defasit or do what shellsrenee01 did and up your calorie intiake (NET) by 150kcal...."
These should help you break that plateu!
