So I came on here after a trip to the grocery store and was looking at some cottage cheese. There are so many different options out there, and I love the stuff. Theres Regular, Non Fat, Low Fat, Large/Small Curd, Less/No Sodium, No Salt, etc etc. What is the healthiest option out there? I know I could just check out the options but I figured I would save the money and not buy something I wouldn't like

Great Value lowfat 2% small curd is pretty good and one container will last me one week; I eat it everyday for breakfast. I put fresh fruits, usually grapes, in mine also.0
