If a diet has a name it's probably best avoided.0

Never heard of it.... If it's anything like HCG, I would avoid it. The diet will help u lose weight and quickly. U may want to lose quickly but u want it to last. The best thing to do is to follow the mfp. Eat ur calories. Be as close as possible without going over. Don't stay to far under (don't pay attention to my dairy... doing a four day juice cleanse to break stall) eat back the exercise calories you need (you can play around with this. Some say eat back all some say don't eat back any. Do what's best for you), drink water as much as possible. Every liquid you put in your mouth except for water and some teas have calories. If you are a tea drinker and add sugar or milk you have just added calories. So try to drink plain water as much as possible. Count everything you put in your mouth and get rest. Much success on your journey.0

I wouldn't waste my money on it. Like the HCG diet, it seems to promise fast weight loss with drops, but you have to eat at a large calorie deficit, so it's probably the deficit that causes the weight loss, not the drops. You can create a calorie deficit on your own, for free, with food that is nutritious and you enjoy eating. On one site I saw, it suggested you could lose 15-30 lbs in 30 days. That is really not healthy, and it that wouldn't be all fat loss, not by a long shot. You would drop a lot of water weight, and probably a lot of muscle too. That's far too fast a rate of loss, especially if you only have 27 lbs to lose. Your profile says you want to lose "once and for all". This doesn't sound like a "once and for all" kind of thing. It sounds like the perfect gateway to yo-yo dieting.
Losing fat takes time, unfortunately. People are impatient. The diet industry taps into people's impatience and desperation, promising quick fixes. People are just making money off your (our) desire to lose weight as quickly as possible. The quick fixes rarely work, and when they do, they're not usually sustainable. Eating well (at a moderate deficit; ie. more than you're eating now) and exercising really works.0 -

So true, that was my biggiest problem in the past... impatiene....cuz i tried HCG and it worked for a while but was hard to maintain. I think my mindet was to get a qwuick fix for losing the weight, but that diesnt work... so now im heading in the right direction, right mindset of taking it slowly and watching te weight fall of as time progresses. Thanks for ur input0 -

You won't get the body in your ticker by doing a starvation diet with special drops or supplements. Just saying.

What is HGC?
It's a hormone present in the urine of pregnant women. "Doctors" give it to people in the form of drops or injections to help them lose weight....but they have to eat a 500-800 calorie a day diet. Obviously not healthy.0 -
Yuck! I eat real food, thanks I guess I could have googled it0
