Sweating but not raising your heart rate...

I live in a third-world country where it is extremely hot and I am outside a lot (read: sweating most of the time). Does this effect how much energy I am burning or simply mean that I need to replenish with more water for the sake of dehydration? Trying to get a better read on calories needed vs. intake because I can't get a calorie counter until I visit the US again.

Skin handles that, you just need to hydrate. If that was the deal all those fat people who spend hours on hours in the sauna would've been skinny by now.
