Hello! My better half and I just joined in hopes of dropping some weight before our wedding in December. Both were under calories on day 1 but I was WAY over carbs. Any advice other than the obvious (no pasta, bread, or rice) on dropping carbs? And how big of a deal really is it if I'm over carbs?

It is calories in and calories out so I don't think going over on carbs is that big of a deal if your calories were still under. I just try to leave them off so I can eat more for dinner. Meaning, the calories in carbs (pasta, rice etc) are a lot more than adding a couple servings of veggies.0
