Standing Desk

I just got a standing desk at work. I think it's great and I can already feel a difference in my energy level and my legs feel more agile. I know that standing all day has to burn more calories but I'm unsure of how to log this in myfitnesspal. There are a few websites that you can use to estimate the calories burned by standing but how should I log this? I don't want to put "8 hours" of standing on my exercise log because it messes up my actual exercise goal. Any Ideas?
Here is a website that has a calorie-burn calculator. It estimates that I burn around 44 calories per hour working at a standing desk. Just to be conservative, I would halve that.
