Circuit Exercising

I have a question about entering my circuit exercising for anybody that may know. At my gym there are three different circuits that work different parts of the body. I use their circuit, and then add a few extra machines to get the burn i feel that I need.

Would it be wise to put the time i spent on the circuit and the sets and repetitions on MFP or do I just put the repetitions? I'm burning calories when I do it, but I don't know when recording it, if it matters other then my personal record.
