Getting restarted....

Hey everyone! How is everyone doing? I just wanted to introdice myself. My name is Karey and I am new to MPF. My best friend told me about this site and I feel in love, lol. Its just what I need to myself restarted on my diet. I hope I am able to meet like minded people that are just as motivated as I am to help us all out on our personal journeys! :-)

    Welcome! You have made the right step in joining MFP. It's the perfect place to be accountable and get motivated!
    Remember to take baby steps even if it means taking it day by day or meal by meal. Those small steps, with consistency, do make a substantial difference. When you exercise consistently and make more smart food choices than bad ones - THAT is what will get you the change you want. It is not a fast process, but you CAN do it! Good luck on reaching your health fitness goal!

    I am a bit of a "newbie" as well - but can only say this works great.
    Never tracked my food and exercise that well before and it "opens your eyes" to a lot of things.
    Hope you enjoy logging your days and see the pounds melting off.....
