Hey I'm a college student and decided it was about time to go on a diet again after I have been stress eating all semester. I would appreciate some help since lately I can't seem to discipline myself to eat healthy. I seem to always get so hungry during the day in-between meals and end up having like 3 lunches. What are some good easy snacks I can have throughout the day so I stop overeating?
