Bit of a random question but does anyone know how many cals you burn playing with a dog? If i play tug of war with my dog (large dog) after an hour i'm exhausted and my arms hurt (he also has a meter and a half rope, thats about 2 inches thick so its pretty heavy), same with playing fetch as he has weighted thick rubber balls so they are heavy as well. My arms always hurt afterwards and i feel worn out but don't know what to put it down as exercise wise as frisbee is the closest thing and even that doesn't fit right. Any ideas? As atm i'm not putting it on my diary and i really should

Personally, I don't add it my diary. Chasing kids, going up and down the stairs at work and playing with my dog are the reasons I chose my profile to be "lightly active"; to catch those hard to track exercises that I do daily. I really only put my runs and long walks in.0
