Easy healthy snacks

I have found a great way to eat my veggies, and I have stuck with it for a month now! Once every week or two, I buy bags of baby carrots, snap peas, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, whatever you like. I cut up and put a serving of mixed veggies in snack size ziploc bags and store them in the fridge. I throw one in my lunch every day, and make sure I eat it! It is so much easier when it is pre packed, and it is a good way to get in your "colors"!:happy:
