was not at all what was planned. First of all, my mother in law never came by to get the kids. She went to dinner with some friends instead. OK, I can deal with that. Start the night later. My hubby got home, we got the kids off to bed, he got in the shower and I was getting ready to get ready and I hear this MOMMY I THREW UP. My daughter threw up all over her bed. I put her in the bath, changed her bed and rocked her to make sure she was good and asleep. (Her allergies are really bad and sometimes when she coughs a lot, she will throw up.) My hubby asked me what was wrong, and I told him that I had something special planned and it was all in the bag on my dresser.
I put Hanna to bed and jumped in the shower.
When I got out, I openned my bedroom door and all the candles were lite and my husband was wearing the past on nipple things and the sheer robe and that was all. I started to laugh. He danced for me. It was too funny. I promised I would make it up to him this weekend.
The night started off with its downs, and it ended with its UPS:blushing:

 rotflmao.
I read once that "man plans, and god laughs."
That is the best.
A sense of humour and loving your kids and each other sounds like a very happy anniversary, if not exactly what you had envisioned.0 -
