drastic change

Hi all,
recently (about the past year) I've really let myself go, and subsequently gained between 10-15 pounds. I'm terrified to get on the scale so it could be more than that.
I need a drastic change in my work outs/nutrition, so if anyone has any suggestions please help me out!!

    Well, we do need to know what you're doing now in order to give you suggestions on changing it!

    If you're eating a lot of junk, stop doing that.
    If you're not tracking your food, start.
    Set goals.
    If you're not exercising, it's not necessary for weight loss, but it's good for overall health, so start that too.
    Drink lots of water.
