Exercise TV?

Hi all! I've seen several people on here mention the exercise tv channel. I have directv and haven't seen it. Does anyone know what channel it would be? I did find fit tv on 261 and it looks kinda interesting.... Is that the same?

    not exactly. we have comcast cable on demand. They have the exercise tv. It is all different free exercise routines from shred 2 to walk away the pounds, to flirty girl fitness, to carmen electra's routines and a bunch of others. It is really great.

    In every state, I believe the tv channels are different.

    Exercise TV is On Demand with Comcast. They also have a website. Exercisetv.com, they have videos I believe, or just really great deals on tapes that are hard to find.

    I have exercise TV on AT&T but I'm not sure about DirectTV. Do you have a search feature? You could try searing for 30 Day Shred or something like that and see if it comes up. AT&T screws up mine all the time so I have to search and I always find it. Best of luck, I think it's the best way to try out a trainer or something like that.
