Does anybody know of any good workouts to get a defined back and lose the "back fat". Nothing I do seems to be working. Ive tried doing butterflies and differnt upper body weight machines(the graviton) and just get no results like I want. Please help!! Thank you!!

Sadly, you can't "spot reduce" where fat is concerned. I'd imagine that as you lose weight, the strength training you're doing will be more apparent.0

I started using Extremly Ripped DVD by Jeri Love. I did the workout yesterday and I felt it in my back today. I'm not sure how good the workout is for the back muscles since I haven't used it long enough, but I love the workout. It doesn't hurt to try.
Hope more people have good tips.0 -
tlblood is right I have had the same problem, but i noticed that the cardio helps a lot, rather than doing machines. probably because it is reducing more fat (vs. building muscle on the machine).
I'd like to think the backfat gets sick of being bounced around while jogging and decides to just leave.
good luck!0
