I cancelled my account a month ago and i regret it ..i need the support and accountablity to lose the rest of this weight ..my health declined when i got lazy so its time to be back on track. if you have a sense of humor and a drive to utilize this website the way it should be then be my friend PLEASE.. i really despise writing everything down but have come to realize that if something is out of sight then it is out of mind and then guess what.... you gain weight back like i did !!!!!!!!!! good to be back
