Anti-salad

I need some suggestions for healthy dinners! I don't think I can look at another salad this week and it's only Tuesday!! I know fish is super healthy, but I don't eat anything that comes from the ocean- I'm a landlover, haha!

Any suggestions? Help!

    Define healthy. Are you looking for low carb, low cal, low sodium, what?
  • Do u own a steamer? I always have a main component for my dinner and then top it up with steamed potatoes, brocolli, leeks, cabbage, peppers tomatoes etc. My fav things r probably quiche, chicken, sausage or individual meals. I also love a stir fry. Tnight I had 50g of chicken breast, thin noodles, black bean sauce and mixed veg pepper stir fry. was yumy!

    Fajita Bake....



    Chicken breast ( Dending on how many you are feeding 2-4 breast cut up raw )
    Red Pepper
    Green Pepper
    White or Red Onion
    Taco/fajita season

    Cut up your veggies and meat

    Place meat raw in pan first
    Mist seasoning with 1/2 cup water ( or even a little less )
    Toss veggies on top
    pur over seasoning/water mixture

    Cook at 400 for 23-25 mins or untill chicken is done!!

    Can have over lettuce or whole wheat tortillas, or exactly as is with a little avocado!
