So back In august I started myfitnesspal. I was 323lb 5ft8 and 25 years old. I completely changed the way I ate and started doing wiisstep everyday. By the end of September I hit 299lbs. Now myfitness tells Levi should brownie eating 1800 vaporized in order time lose weight. My average at the end of the week was 1600-1700. This month though I seem to have gone up a little. I need time know how to utilize this. Should I be eating 1800, eating 1800 then burning two hundred calories. Do I eat till my net is 0. It's confusing. My goal is Getting to 225lbs. I could use help figuring a plan of attack please. I usually do Wii step for 30 minutes which is about 200 calories sometimes I do 6-8 in step for 30 minutes. But my calories are never the same someday I eat 2000 then burn 400 someday I eat 1500 and don't exercise. Anyway anyone who has a chance to check my diary and logs send give me a suggestion it would be appreciated

Are you posting on yoru phone? Seems like some weird auto correct going on in your post so it's hard to understand.

If you put your activity level in when you set your goals without your daily WiiStep workout then you can (and some people say should) eat back the calories you burn during those workouts. If that is the case, yes, your goal is to get to 0 calories left at the end of the day. Be careful you're not underestimating calories eatenand overestimating calories burnt those are common errors.

If you feel like your weightloss has slowed down you might try a different kind of workout. Add some weights even reps of bootcamp like stuff with the cardio like push-up, sit-ups, air squats, planks etc might shake things up. Or you can try changing up your macros to higher protein.

sorry i fixed it in the quotes, i was using my phone. I set my activity level to sedentary because i am a sales person and most of my day is sitting. However I was doing 6-8in steps monday-friday for 30 minutes which usually burns 300-500 calories. On a daily average i only eat about 1500-1800 calories before i exercise my net usually always 300-500 calories lower then the goal. My week calorie deficit has been anywhere from 4000-9000 calories. I dont seem dizzy or hungry though. My diet is very good i used to work in a health store. I take a 3 day multi vitamin. use Benefiber in 2 of the 3 meals i eat, and for breakfast every morning i have a protien shake that has no sugar and about 24 grams of protien. My end of the day protien is always between 70-110grams. I dont have any weights but i have the regular P90 which isnt as extreme as P90x. Would anyone have suggestions on some workouts cause 30 minutes of stepping gets old. none of my friends are of help because they are all smaller and muscle building i have a decent amout of weight to lose before so help is appreciated and friends are welcome if you want to help me.

    I love auto correct. =)

The one good thing about starting this journey at a higher weight is you get to eat more. I wish I could take advantage of that!

Sounds like you are doing this right. if you put in sedentary then log your extra exercise that's how it's supposed to work. MFP gives you 1800 a day but I think that's too low. Your BMR is 2320. Your TDEE should be 2785. So it gave you 1800 b/c you selected 2 pounds a week weight loss. Right? I'm not sure why it ignores the BMR. So the 1800 worked for a while as it does for most but that was less than your body needs to keep it's vital organs going so at that level something had to suffer, and it might have been your metabolism. You can get the same caloric deficit by eating at your BMR and working out to burn 500 calories a day but you'd still be below your BMR. I suggest you eat at your BMR and try to eat back some of your exercise calories.

That's a lot of calories but add some calorie dense foods. Nuts, avocado, peanut butter etc and keep it up with the protein levels but add lots of fruits and veggies too.

As for exercise use your body weight to your benefit. Tonight I did what my bootcamp instructor calls a home workout it consisted of 5 sets of 20 reps sit-up, push-up, air squats, and and ab oblique exercise with cardio in between. That's 100 reps each. It took me while to get to that level but let me assure you it works your muscles. A few more home exercises form the bootcamp arena, burpees (ugh so hard), planks, shuttle runs, jumping rope, dips (off the edge of a chair)....
