Restaurant Weakness

I just started with my fitness pal about 2 weeks ago. My biggest issue is craving restaurant foods, on the weekends especially. They are the worst! So many calories! Anyone else in the same boat or am I out here on my own? I know to fix the problem is to just cook the foods at home, but its just not the same. It isn't. But two weeks down and two pounds down. Just have to stay strong.

    I eat out all of the time. You just have to make better choices at the restaurants and during the rest of the day. I allow myself to eat a little extra on the days that I work out more. I watch what I eat for breakfast and lunch if I know I'm eating out that night. You can lose weight and eat out.
