As a variation you can omit the soy sauce and add dried or fresh rosemary. This is a recipe that I've used in my catering business for years.

I'm making this tomorrow.. I have chicken thighs, so won't be quite as healthy.. But still sounds good! I do the Russian dressing mixed with dried onion soup mix over chicken and bake.. But I'm pretty sure it's not as good for you as this!0
