Withdrawals?? WHAT?!

For the last 3 weeks I've been suger/starch free and today I am suffering from serious withdrawals. I feel slow, hot than cold, annoyed and now I would drop kick Jackie Chan for a cupcake. Has anyone else been through this and what did you do to get you through it?

    Are you limiting your carb intake? If so, what about healthier carb options, like whole grains, sweet potatoes, things like that. When I first started my nutrition change, around the 2-3 week period, I also went through some withdrawals for sugar and junk food, it didnt last long though. But I also didnt eliminate an essential macro from my diet, just keep it in check.

    It's called "carb flu" and you're in the thick of it. I had it from day 3 through 10. Major lethargy. I was a complete b**tch. I think in addition to low carb, I also was not eating enough cals and definitely not enough fat, so that made me feel worse.
