    I didnt really think they were unhealthy, i just seen people talking about sweet potatoe fries instead of regular potatoes, so i thought i would ask if there was a healthy mashed potatoe.

    thanks for all the suggestions....it seems like i dont have to give them up completely if i dont want to lol
