Hi
I have dropped my weight from 101 to 90kg over about 10 weeks through counting calories and walking with a little bike riding. I now feel I ned to tone up and strengthen my muscles and therefore will join a gym to move to my next benchmark of 85kg. Would be thrilled to reach this by the end of the year. My BMI should be 77kg, but I would think in the 80 to 85 range I would be happy.

Congrats on your weight loss! 11kg in 10 weeks is a great loss! Keep up the good work and I agree that now would be a great time to start some strength training and build those muscles while you lose that next 5kg
