Starting to push to hit my goals

Hello all,
I've been using the app on and off for the last year and have officially lost 53 pounds since I started. Now I am in the rough zone of trying to go from 25% body fat down to 14%. Its been rough going down from 25% but I am hoping with some help and motivation of having people on here maybe I will have the motivation to hit what i need.
