What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Elliptical for 45 minutes and didn't eat all my exercise calories

What would I have done differently? Nothing... good day

What is today's personal goals? Same as yesterday!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? an hour of Turbokick and 30 minutes of body pump for 1400 calories

    What would I have done differently? wasn't hungry but still ate too much dinner - should have made it smaller

    What is today's personal goals? stay within calories and exercise (already did an hour of step), don't overeat if already full
