Just wanna do an informal survey:
What do those of you doing strength training/powerlifting prefer: Antagonistic training or complimentary training?
I prefer antagonistic but I've seen a greater strength increase since doing complimentary training

I never bothered putting that much thought into it. Then again, I am about as keen on the idea of 'programming' as I am slamming my fingers in an iron door. I just lift however I feel like on a given day. Working pretty well thus far. If I hit a stall I might look more into it, but until then, I'll just keep with the chaos.0
