chocolate truffle no bake protein bars.

I adapted this recipe from somewhere else. Were surprisingly good so i thought i'd share.
And each one has about 10g of protein and about 180 calories. Very filling.

Makes 8 bars:

- 1 banana
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 2 scoops unflavoured (chocolate or vanilla) whey powder
- 2 tbs peanut butter
- 2 tbs coconut oil
- 2 tbs shredded coconut
- 1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sultanas
- 4 squares dark chocolate

Mix all the ingredients together except the chocolate. Press into a lined slice pan and freeze for 2 hours until set.
Melt chocolate in microwave and then drizzle over the set mixture. Put back in freezer again for about 10 mins.
Once chocolate is set then remove from pan and slice into 8 bars. Keep in freezer until you'd like to eat them.
