    I have it on my running playlist ON PURPOSE (gasp)...and it always seems to come on at about mile 10 during a half marathon. It's uncanny...and a good thing, because it really does make me run faster. LOL.

    The beat isn't fast enough for cardio. Or it's too fast, if you try to stride on every note.

    I try to put songs on my cardio playlist that have fast, steady beats, or which have steady beats that alternate from faster to slower from choruses and verses. Helps with pacing for HIIT.

    It's a good song though...

    When "Eye of the Tiger" comes on your playlist, you always try to run faster or lift heavier. Everybody does it.

    This happens to me when I hear NKOTB's Hangin Tough!!!
