I know there can be lots of debate on here about whether or not time of meal and how many meals you eat is actually important, but I spotted this and thought it was interesting.
I almost always have breakfast so can't comment on if I personally experience anything like these findings.
Also, before anyone says it yes the study only says that the brain reacts differently to the pictures of food and this may or may not relate to what people actually end up eating.
