Newly started (sort of)

Hi i am a 30 something looking for help (and a kick up the back side) for support etc...i am a mum of 2 boys and i have been struggling to lose weight the last two years despite the fact that i took up touch rugby, joined in the corportate decathlon, changed body shape (dropped a dress size) and toned up. I still weigh 13st. So i am hoping some of you folks can help me out and point me to where i am going wrong as going doo-lally with the lack of results in regards to the scales.
