OMG! OMG! I have a crease! A good crease! A crease right down the center of my stomach crease! A you're developing almost visible muscles in your abbs crease! Well I suddenly feel a lot better about last nights kebab! A crease! Still a long way off actually being defined muscles, or a flat stomach, but it's there! And I know it's really early in my return here, but even when I haven't been dieting I have been maintaining my ab crunches which is possibly why it's started to appear now! And if it's starting to appear already...how prettyful will my tummy look when I remove all this blubber from on top? Talk about motivation!
