innocent before proven guilty, definitely. Most ppl go start there workouts at the same spot at the same time of day-for the most part but your better off safe than sorry. Like most everyone else has said, trust yourself and your feelings-there is a reason we have a fight of flight response in our bodies-USE IT! If your not comfortable with the situation, then wait to run 15min later or 15 min earlier-nobody messes with their socks for 15 min, lol. If the guy is still their doing the same things, then definitely change your route or run with a friend or even a very large dog:) Just trust your feelings.0
