FOOOOOOD!!

I am sick an tired of being told a million different things! I have been told do eat more than 40g carbs cause ill put weight on I can't manage 1200 calls on 40g of carbs!. Now when I do meet my 1200 mark my carb intake is 120g and higher, I'm forever getting moned at that's I don't eat enough and it's really starting to bug me now will somebody pleaseeeee please please message me an let me no what I'm meant to be eating a day what foods I can get that's easy to make and eat as I only have big meals at tea time so breakfast and dinner are usually something quick to grab .. Also does anybody no how many cals I should be burning a week to lose weight xx

    I eat sometimes 100+g of mostly "good" carbs per day. I think my ticker speaks for itself.

    I've lost 57 pounds and at LEAST half of my calories come from carbs most days. Did they maybe mean not to go over 40% carbs? In any case, you have to find the balance that works for you.

    I eat around 200g of carbs per day and NEVER restrict to less than my BMR...I eat around 1500 to 1700 calories per day.

    A lot of people on here who are in AMAZING shape told me about this and I've never looked back!

    As for food, just eat as natural as possible 90% of the time and indulge in treats the rest of the time to keep you sane and on track, its a change in lifestyle after all, not a diet.

    Fruit, veggies, nuts, seeds, legumes, whole grains, meat, fish, dairy or dairy substitutes, dark chocolate, olive oil, herbs and spices. There are a million and one possibilities when it comes to crafting meals from this list!

    Nope 40g of carbs and 40g of fat!! I am losing weight but ino my body works faster than what it is now just stressed out cause I cnt get my head around it all my diet is mainly carbs I have started eating in the morning but just belvit's biscuits and a coffee

    You might be losing "weight", but that's not necessarily losing the fat you want to lose. You read my article on the dangers of restricting too much?
