    What an amazing feeling! I'm so glad to have come across your post this morning. I have needed to remind myself what I'm doing here.... Why I started. There are plenty of distractions (good and bad) even here, It's a great thing to see others reach their goals and helps to bring to mind I AM WORTH IT TOO!

    Good for you. That is awesome. This is exactly what I needed to see this morning beings I completely blew my diet yesterday. I'm back on track today and I will get do this.

    One of my struggles is the scale. If I don't see weightloss, then I give up easy and give in to temptations.

    I'd like to add you as a friend for encouragement, advice, and motivation. :smile:
